Smoking, drinking, and using drugs are strictly prohibited at work. You should not verbally or physically abuse vulnerable clients and should instead be caring and empathetic to them. Don't go too far, especially when it comes to their private or family matters, and don't invade their privacy by going through their belongings, eavesdropping, or lingering when it's not necessary. Never go against the wishes of the doctor or family, and always arrive on time for the service.

Akinz Care Ltd can provide night care service to our clients if needed. Night care can be delivered in two ways, depending on the individual’s needs. It can be either: 1. Sleepovers or Sleep-in care: The caregiver sleeps at the property for a minimum of eight hours and is on hand if required. 2. Waking nights or Wake-in care: The care professional is on duty throughout the night for a minimum of eight hours, and the carer remains awake all night to cover any support needs that might arise.
